Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your login details secure — you are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Messaging and consent

The Service sends text messages on your behalf. By adding a phone number, you confirm you have a personal relationship with that person and permission to contact them. You may not use the Service for marketing, promotions, bulk outreach, or messaging people who have asked not to hear from you. Recipients can reply STOP at any time, and we will stop messaging that number.

Acceptable use

• No harassing, deceptive, hateful, or unlawful content.
• No impersonating another person or organization.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service.
• No uploading contact lists you do not have a personal relationship with.

Gifts and payments

Gifts are fulfilled by a third-party gift provider and are subject to that provider's terms. You are responsible for the amount you choose to send. Sent gifts are generally non-refundable once claimed; if a gift is never claimed, we will follow the provider's expiry and return rules.

My Celebration Assistant SMS/MMS Program

By expressly opting in to the My Celebration Assistant SMS/MMS program, you agree to receive text messages related to the My Celebration Assistant service. Messages may include birthday and celebration reminders, birthday greetings, gift notifications and links, group celebration messages, account notifications, and other celebration related communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Participation in the SMS/MMS program is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You may also use other supported opt out keywords, including END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your use of the messaging program is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We work to keep reminders and messages on time, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for a missed reminder, a delayed or undelivered message, or any indirect or consequential damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put recipients at risk.
